1. はじめに

本利用規約は、SoftMotion Studio（以下「当社」）が提供する PhraseClip（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めます。本アプリを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

2. 本アプリの概要

本アプリは、よく使う文章をカテゴリ別に保存し、ワンタップでクリップボードにコピーするツールです。データは端末内のみに保存され、当社のクラウドとは連携しません。

3. 利用資格

  • 13 歳以上の方
  • 本規約に同意いただける方

4. 禁止事項

  • 他者への誹謗中傷・ハラスメント
  • 著作権・肖像権等を侵害するコンテンツの作成・利用
  • リバースエンジニアリング、改変、再配布（法令で認められる場合を除く）
  • 当社の許可なく商業目的で利用すること
  • 法令または公序良俗に反する利用

5. ユーザーコンテンツ

保存する文章の内容・利用はお客様の責任において行ってください。当社は端末内の内容を閲覧・監視しません。

6. 免責事項

  • 本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます
  • 利用により生じた損害について、法令で認められる範囲を超えて当社は責任を負いません
  • 内容・機能は予告なく変更・終了することがあります
  • 端末故障・データ消失について当社は責任を負いません

7. 知的財産権

本アプリに関する知的財産権は当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。お客様が入力した文章の権利はお客様に留保されます。

8. 準拠法・管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠します。紛争については大阪地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

9. 規約の変更

本規約は本ページへの掲載をもって効力を生じる変更ができるものとします。

2. About the App

The App saves frequently used text by category and copies it to the clipboard with one tap. Data stays on your device only.

3. Eligibility

  • You are at least 13 years old
  • You agree to these Terms

4. Prohibited Conduct

  • Harassing or defaming others
  • Infringing copyright, portrait rights, or other rights
  • Reverse engineering or redistributing the App (except as permitted by law)
  • Commercial use without our permission
  • Violating applicable laws or public order

5. User Content

You are responsible for the phrases you save. We do not access content on your device.

6. Disclaimer

  • The App is provided "as is"
  • We are not liable beyond the extent permitted by law
  • We may change or discontinue the App without notice
  • We are not responsible for device failure or data loss

7. Intellectual Property

Rights in the App belong to us or our licensors. You retain rights to text you enter.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes are subject to the Osaka District Court as court of first instance.

Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page.
