PhraseClip（以下「本アプリ」）は、SoftMotion Studio（個人事業主：狩野博子、大阪府守口市）が提供する文章テンプレート管理アプリです。本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリにおける個人情報の取り扱いについて説明します。
本アプリは、お客様が入力した文章・テンプレートを端末内にのみ保存します。当社が個人情報や利用状況を収集・送信することはありません。
分析ツール、広告、クラッシュレポート等の第三者 SDK は使用していません。
本アプリは、ログイン機能を持たず、クラウドへのデータ送信も行いません。
お客様の個人情報を、法令に基づく場合を除き、第三者に提供することはありません。
本アプリで保存したすべてのデータは、お客様の端末内にのみ保存されます。当社のサーバーには送信・保存されません。
アプリを削除した場合、または機種変更の際にデータが失われる可能性があります。重要なデータはバックアップをお取りください。
本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。13歳未満の方の個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。
本ポリシーは予告なく変更される場合があります。変更後はアプリ内またはウェブサイトにてお知らせします。

PhraseClip (the "App") is a phrase template management app provided by SoftMotion Studio (sole proprietor: Hiroko Kano, Osaka, Japan). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
The App stores phrases and templates you enter only on your device. We do not collect or transmit personal information or usage analytics.
We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs.
The App does not require login and does not send data to any cloud server.
We do not share your personal information with third parties except as required by law.
All data saved in the App is stored only on your device. It is not sent to or stored on our servers.
Data may be lost if you delete the App or change devices. Please back up important phrases.
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this policy without notice. Changes will be announced in the App or on our website.
