1. はじめに

PhraseClip（以下「本アプリ」）は、SoftMotion Studio（個人事業主：狩野博子、大阪府守口市）が提供する文章テンプレート管理アプリです。本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリにおける個人情報の取り扱いについて説明します。

2. 収集する情報

本アプリは、お客様が入力した文章・テンプレートを端末内にのみ保存します。当社が文章内容をサーバーへ送信することはありません。

本アプリは、ログイン機能を持たず、クラウドへのデータ送信も行いません（広告配信に関する処理を除きます。詳細は「3. 広告について」をご覧ください）。

3. 広告について

画面下部のバナー広告表示のため、Google AdMob（Google LLC）を利用しています。広告配信に伴い、広告識別子（Advertising ID）、端末情報、IP アドレス等が Google により処理される場合があります。

4. 情報の利用目的

  • アプリの機能提供・改善
  • 不具合の修正
  • バナー広告の表示

5. 第三者への提供

お客様が入力した文章内容を、法令に基づく場合を除き、第三者に提供することはありません。

広告配信のため、Google AdMob が広告識別子等の情報を処理する場合があります（上記「3. 広告について」参照）。

6. データの保存

本アプリで保存したすべてのデータは、お客様の端末内にのみ保存されます。当社のサーバーには送信・保存されません。

アプリを削除した場合、または機種変更の際にデータが失われる可能性があります。重要なデータはバックアップをお取りください。

7. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。13歳未満の方の個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。

8. プライバシーポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは予告なく変更される場合があります。変更後はアプリ内またはウェブサイトにてお知らせします。

1. Introduction

PhraseClip (the "App") is a phrase template management app provided by SoftMotion Studio (sole proprietor: Hiroko Kano, Osaka, Japan). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

2. Information We Collect

The App stores phrases and templates you enter only on your device. We do not send the content of your phrases to our servers.

The App does not require login and does not send your phrase data to any cloud server (except for ad-related processing described in section 3).

3. Advertising

We use Google AdMob (Google LLC) to show banner ads at the bottom of the screen. Google may process advertising identifiers (Advertising ID), device information, and IP addresses for ad delivery.

4. How We Use Information

  • Provide and improve app functionality
  • Fix bugs and issues
  • Display banner ads

5. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not share the content of your phrases with third parties except as required by law.

For ad delivery, Google AdMob may process advertising identifiers and related information (see section 3).

6. Data Storage

All phrase data saved in the App is stored only on your device. It is not sent to or stored on our servers.

Data may be lost if you delete the App or change devices. Please back up important phrases.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy without notice. Changes will be announced in the App or on our website.
